Join the NW Ohio/SE Michigan Chapter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition for its 5th Annual Karen Creque Golf Memorial event which will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Stone Ridge Country Club in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Event day registration begins at 8AM and tee times are at 9AM.  Lunch and dinner are provided with the event registration fee.
