PLEASE NOTE: In the past week, a very small number of Click & Pledge customers (our online donations vendor) have been charged a foreign currency exchange fee, usually a few cents. The reason for this temporary inconvenience is that Click & Pledge is in the process of introducing a new global product called Click & Act.
This new product includes Click & Pledge branch offices in the United Kingdom and Canada. The unforeseen consequence of this is that select banks issuing the cards to cardholders are arbitrarily attaching these added fees. These fees are added by the card issuing bank and not by Click & Pledge. They are working to resolve the matter. In the meantime, they will repay these added fees.
To reclaim these fees, notify customer support via email at: support@clickandpledge.com
